I had a great race on Sunday. The weather was fantastic, the folks, the samples (oh man GF EVERYWHERE even donuts and bagels!!) but the trail for the run…not so great. FULL of hills, valleys and more steep hills. When I thought Federal Hill had a hill boy was I wrong. Yeah not so much. [...]
