hey, Kara! do you want to try some of the Chinese type of Rice noodle? We got them in Asian store. they are very cheap and my kids love them, can stir fry or in soup. Let me know! =)
oh, on the side note, just like pasta, if you like to stir fry your rice thin noodles, put them in warm water first. instead of boilling them in heat water! =)
